保養關節 何時開始
- 當感覺腳部關節有點發痠、腫脹、疼痛，只要有一點點不舒服，即可開始使用，葡萄糖胺適用於 較輕微的發炎症狀。(早期的發炎或有輕微的疼通感)
- 上下樓梯感到吃力、走或站膝會痛、關節僵硬等，可能是關節炎或關節開始退化的警訊。
- 關節炎常常好發於從事長期久站的工作者，如講師、專櫃小姐，還有運動量大者，如軍人、運動選手(登山者)，以及體重較重者。搬運較重的者:貨運人員 (醫學上稱之為「退化性關節炎」)
- 這些人有一個共通點，就是膝蓋負荷比平常人還多，使得關節內覆蓋在交接的骨頭表面、有緩衝作用的軟骨，因過度使用而變弱、變薄，使骨頭與骨頭磨擦而產生疼痛以及炎症。
